Program Overview:

Accidents, injuries, sickness and insecurity are daily facts of life. However the world of work exposes working people in a peculiar way making them more vulnerable to these accidents. Precaution therefore, is vital if industrial accidents are to be minimized and productivity improved. This can be achieved through training and retraining thereby creating awareness in the mind of the workers. This workshop is therefore designed to enable participants develop requisite skills for enhancing industrial safety in their work environments.

  • Implementing occupational health and safety management system in the work environment

Day 3: Injuries: a matter of probabilities, HSE performance indicators, Loss time injury frequency (LTIF)

Day 5: Fire safety: Prevention, detection and
