ADEBAYO, BAMIDELE OLASEHINDE– B.Sc. (Political Science); LL. B; B.L; LL.M; PhD (in view); FCIS, ACIPMN, MNITD; MNIM, MIBA. Adebayo is a seasoned and experienced legal practitioner of nearly three decades work experience. Adebayo is a graduate of University of Lagos where he studied Law at first degree and Masters Levels with outstanding performance. He attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar. Adebayo also studied Political Science at first degree level at the then Ondo State University (now Ekiti State University). Adebayo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Adebayo, at different times in his working career, has worked with Negris Holdings Limited as the Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser; Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria as the Assistant Registrar (Marketing and Corporate Affairs) and later Deputy Registrar of the Institute. He also had a stint at Gani Adetola-Kaseem (SAN) Legal Practitioners as a Senior Counsel, among others. Adebayo is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the International Bar Association, among many other professional bodies.  He has facilitated in many workshops and Conferences. He will join others to share their experiences on this program.

OGUNDUN, Raphael Oluranti – MCIPS (London), MBA, MNIPSM.  An experienced supply chain management practitioner with over 20 years of post-graduation experience spanning the manufacturing, multinational organizations and construction sector of the economy.  Mr. Ogundun is a specialist in material management, contract management, negotiation and procurement. He will bring his experience to bear on our programs.

Engr. Akinbanjo Ogun – HND Mech., PGD. Safety Education, University of Ibadan. Member Nigeria Society of Engineers, IOSH Certified. A seasoned professional facilitator in the areas of facilities maintenance and management, construction site, environmental and industrial safety and industrial production expert. Engineer Banjo Ogun has worked as a site and safety engineer in Nigeria railway cooperation, Vita Construction Company limited etc. for over a decade. He had supervised buildings, bridge and roads construction, and other lots of projects awarded by the federal government of Nigeria in various states.

Engr. Ogun has equally worked as Safety Advisor, QC Analyst and Production Manager in different industries in both Public and Private Organizations. Engr. Ogun has lectured and facilitated at a number of training workshops in the areas of Occupational Health Hazards & Bio-mechanical Work Processes, Ergonomics Hazards / Assessment & Work Safety Regulations / Procedures.

Moroof Ajiroba – AMCIPM, ACA, MBA, – A versatile manager, with considerable experience in the field of Finance and Human Resource Management. He has worked as head of finance and admin in many companies that cut across Service Finance and Manufacturing sectors. He has lead team of season professionals to establish Job evaluation and Personnel Policy for companies at various levels. As a consultant he has equally written as well as supervises review of Employee Hand Book for company’s parastatals and agencies. He is a faculty member of Human Capital Associates Global Consult Ltd; he will join others to bring their experiences to bear on this program.

ADEGOKE, ADEMOLA BEN CROWNSON – B.A., Comm. & Language Arts, M.Sc., International Relations. Mr. Adegoke was the Principal Manager Corporate Communication, Eko Electricity Distribution Company Plc. His work experience spans over 20 years of practicing public relations management with the defunct NEPA and PHCN before venturing into consultancy. He has worked as a public relations consultant to various corporate organizations anhcoring master of ceremonies, consulting editor / proof reader to Osigwe Anyam Osigwe Foundation, a Nigerian based international research and academic oriented NGO. Mr. Adegoke Ademola has attended capacity building trainings in Nigeria and Overseas. He will bring his wealth of experience to bear on our programs.

AUSTINE ANAZIA B.Sc., (Mass Com.), M.Sc. (Business Administration) – Communication Specialist at Noritas Consultancy Services. A former Director of information and public relations with over 18 years of public relations management in public and private sector of the economy. Mr. Anazia has worked in various organizations as corporate communication / Public Relations manager before venturing into public service and rose to the position Director of information and public relations. Over the years Mr. Anazia has trained for both public and private sector organizations such as Julius Berger, PZ, Nigeria Aviation Management Authority, Seven Up, Lagos State establishment, etc. He will join others to bring his experience to bear on our programs.

Sam Obisesan – MSC, MNIM – A seasoned banker with over two decades of post-graduation experience. Mr Obisesan worked with Union Bank in various capacities: credit, inspection, and treasury, training and human resource. He later joined intercontinental bank plc as head of operations, treasury operations and international banking operations. He left the banking sector as head training and manpower development. He will bring his experience to bear on our programs.

Engr. J. Taiwo Adegboye. –HND, B.Sc., (Civil Engr.)  MBA. (Coren Cert.)  MBA., Fellow Nig. Institute of Civil Engineers. Fellow Nigeria Society of Engineers.  An experienced civil, structural and construction Engineer. Engr. Adegboye. has over 25 years of post-graduation experience in the building and construction project management, building and facility maintenance. He started his career with Structwork Consultants as a Design Engineer before joining Lagos State Development and Property Corporation. (LSDPC) as Engineer Grade 11.  He worked in various engineering units and left the Corporation as Deputy General Manager, Engineering Services. Engr. Adegboye is the Managing Director / CEO, Jota Engineering Services. He will bring his wealth of experience to bear on this program.

AKINJIDE OLUREMI AJEWOLE (B.SC., Ch.FM, MNIM, FIIFMM) An experienced and certified facility management consultant, and project management engineer with over 8 years of practical work experience across industries, best known for his successful projects in the corporate sector. Mr. Ojewole is a member of the following professional bodies; The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, International Institute of Facility Maintenance and Management (Chartered Facility Manager), International Facility Management Association (Council Member). Mr. Ojewole will join others to bring their experiences to bear on our programs.

Engr. A.  Sunday – B. Eng., M. Eng. MNIMechE., MNIM., PMP., LEAD AUDITOR, (OHSAS), ADVANCE Maintenance Planning Engineer (CPE). A seasoned Operations/Execution/Planning and Inspection Engineer with over Fifteen (15) years’ industry experience involving Plant Commissioning, Upgrades and Maintenance; Engineering Planning, Project Implementation and ERP Implementation (SAP PM). Experienced SAP (System Application and Package) Super User and Functional Lead on Plant Maintenance (PM) Module. Enthusiastic communicator with proven analytical skills to develop detailed reports. Ability to diagnose, and proffer solution to technical problems. Engr. Sunday will be joined by other maintenance professional to share their experience on our programs.

  1. N. Fofah – M.Sc (Ind./Per. Mgt.)., MNIM MCIPM – An experienced human resource manager with over two decades of post-graduation experience. Mr. Fofah is a specialist in Human Resource Management, Employees Motivation, Performance Improvement strategies, Personal Effectiveness and People Management skills. He garnered his work experience working with Cadbury Nig. Plc, Centre for management development (CMD) and Alan Dick West Africa Ltd. He will join others to share their experiences on our programs.

A Professional Real Estate Trainer for in Lagos for individuals interested in becoming Estate Surveyors & Valuers to write relevant professional qualifying examinations into The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers.

Mr. Sanusi is the Principal Partner of Oluwafemi Sanusi & Associates, a firm of Estate Surveyors & Valuers with special interest in Real Estate Development, Project Development & Management, Project Appraisal and General Real Estate Services and currently the Project Manager of Infrastructural Development and also the Marketing Sales Agent for IXORA GARDENS ESTATE.

Engr. Olabode is a Senior Civil Engineer, University of Lagos till date with key responsibilities in the areas of:

  • Undertake environmental feasibility studies and environmental impact assessment
  • Construction supervision and quality control
  • Reviewing designs undertaken by external consultants
  • Liaise as department’s capital project desk officer with the budget and planning unit of the University, Federal Ministry of Education and Tertiary Education Trust Fund
  • Planning, Scheduling and Execution of Maintenance of buildings, sport facilities, water treatment and distribution facility, sewage and wastewater treatment facility

Sulaimon, Yunusa Omotolu – B.Eng. (Power and Generation), M.Eng. (Power Distribution and Control). An experienced electrical engineer with responsibilities in power generation, distribution and control.

  • Sulaiman was a member of 11/415V transformer, r m u and fuse maintenance team and of HV 132/33KV substation operational team.
  • Sulaimon was in charge of assembling of three phase (star-delta) automated control power panel for Ac motors, in charge of installation of HV panel for heavy Ac motor/Dc motors.
  • Repairs and regulate of electrical wiring system at both residential and offices including, installation and inspection team member for elevator installation.
  • Member of mechanical/electrical new project design under project planning & commission.
  • Member of Works and Physical Planning project technical evaluation committee team.

Aderemi F. Adewale – B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA (Marketing) – An experienced marketing practitioner with over two decades of post-graduation work practice. Mr. Adewale worked with McGraw-Hill Book Co. USA as the Academic Representative for West Africa. He later joined The Boot Company Nig. Ltd. which later changed its name to (BCN PLC) as Area Sales Manager for West and North and he rose to become the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He will bring his experience to bear on our programs

Abdul-Lateeph R.M. MBA. –  Associate Director Marketing, BG Insurance Brokers Ltd. Mr. Alade has over 15years experience in marketing insurance products /services. He rose to the position of an Assistant General Manager, Marketing before joining BG Insurance Brokers Ltd. He will bring his experience to bear on our programs.

Ajelero, S. Abayomi – MA, History, Advanced Dip in HR Mgt., and Masters Industrial & Labour Relations Mgt. Mr. Abayomi was formerly the Assistant Controller HR / Head of Training Urban Development Bank Nig. Plc. He has over 15 years work experience spanning the manufacturing, Services and the financial sectors of the Nigeria economy. Mr. Abayomi is a HR consultant / trainer to Nig. Institute of Manpower Development & Industrial Relations. He will bring his experience to bear on our programs.

Engr. Mark T. H. Williams – FNSChE, MNIM – B.Sc., MBA, M. Eng. Chemical Engineering, and COREN registered, Fellow, Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management.  Engr. Williams has over 28 years of post-graduate experience exercised at various levels of responsibility in Petroleum Refinery Plants’ Operations, Project Engineering/Project Management, Process Troubleshooting, Process Improvements, and Reliability Centred Maintenance management programs. Coordinates plant reliability efforts in the areas of root cause analysis and defect elimination. Engr. Williams will be joined by other professional maintenance Engineers to bring their experience to bear on our programs.

Engr. Precious Iroulor: B.Scs., M.Scs., (Chemical Engineering), Advanced Diploma – Oil & Gas Operations (Instrumentation Maintenance). Engr. Iruolor has over 15 years of experience working in oil & gas industry as a chemical process and instrumentation engineer. He is proficient in chemical processing unit operations such as corrosion management and control. Instrumentation with advanced knowledge of P&ID development.

As a maintenance engineer, he has work on Valves, Metering, Analytical Instrumentation etc. designed, reconstructed and implemented instrument panels configuration, carried out periodic calibration of valves, PSVs, PRVs, torque wrenches etc., Executed maintenance and operations of air compressors and pumps, carried out partial and complete overhaul of different valves including control valves ranging from 1 inch to 72 inches. Troubleshooting defective instruments and valve head and carried out functional, stroke, leak test and seat alignment. Engr.
