Program Overview:

Today’s office is a complex and dynamic collection of elements. It is constantly evolving in response to emerging technology and employee and customer needs. An office environment should be comfortable, productive, healthy, and safe. As the physical office and work tasks continue to evolve, we must also continue to evaluate the office environment and the way we do our work to make sure we constantly adjust the equipment and tasks to fit the employees for maximum work comfort and productivity. This is the focus of this office ergonomics training.  It will teach participants on how to reduce ergonomic risks through proper technique at work, including learning how to apply simple techniques to enhance the ergonomics of their workstations.
